piece of the Hexagone triptych.

In this ultra-exclusive and modern setting, Mathieu Pacaud brings to life dishes inspired
by the canonical masters who shaped his appreciation for the arts, such as Beethoven,
Brahms, Chopin, Dante, Shakespeare and Matisse.
